SOLO-Pekan Olahraga dan Seni (Porseni) Nahdlatul Ulama Nasional tahun 2023, Sabtu (21/1/2023) resmi ditutup di GOR Sritex Arena Kota Solo.
Hadir juga dalam acara tersebut Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ganjar Pranowo, Kapolri Jendral Listyo Sigit Prabowo, Wakil Gubernur Jateng Taj Yasin Maimoen, Wali Kota Surakarta Gibran Rakabuming Raka, serta Wakil Rais Aam PBNU KH Anwar Iskandar.
Ganjar memberikan sambutan, sekaligus melepas kepulangan kontingen dari berbagai provinsi di Indonesia.
“Saya minta maaf, soal pelayanan dan fasilitas mungkin kurang maksimal. Tapi pelaksanaan Porseni ini sudah purna. Saya senang tadi bagaimana juara-juara itu sangat bersemangat,” ujar Ganjar.
Melihat semangat para kontingen kalangan santri itu, Ganjar pun melempar pertanyaan kepada audiens.
“Tentu pikiran kita berikutnya adalah, ini akan dilaksanakan tahun kapan lagi? Kita voting. Lima tahun, tiga tahun, dua tahun, atau satu tahun,” tanya Ganjar, yang disambut mayoritas jawaban satu tahun.
Gelaran penutupan Porseni NU 2023 berlangsung meriah. Ada berbagai penampilan seperti paduan suara, musik balasyik dan tari zapin, serta tak kalah keren penampilan Arul Efansyah eksvokalis Power Metal, yang membawakan lagu “Gebyar-gebyar”.
Pada kesempatan itu, Gubernur Jateng dua periode tersebut mengapresiasi berjalannya Porseni NU. Event tersebut menjadi ajang mengasah, sekaligus melahirkan bibit atlet dari kalangan santri.
“Tapi intinya prestasi dari pelajar santri terlihat bakat dan talenta olahraga seni. Apalagi seluruh cabang yang dilombakan diikuti dengan baik. Ada aktivitas di sana yang bisa ditunjukkan. Maka berikutnya adalah Porseni ini akan dilaksanakan berapa lama sekali, agar kemudian seluruh pelajar NU atau santri menyiapkan diri dengan baik, dan ini adalah bibit-bibit untuk atlet di Indonesia,” tandasnya.
Sebagai informasi, Porseni NU Nasional 2023 berlangsung 15-21 Januari 2023 diikuti 22 provinsi dengan mempertandingkan empat cabang olahraga dan tiga cabang seni. Jawa Timur keluar sebagai juara umum, disusul DKI Jakarta di posisi kedua, dan Jawa Tengah berhasil menduduki peringkat tiga. []
