    Rumah Makan “Kandang Ingkung” Hadir di Karanganyar

    KARANGANYAR–Rumah Makan “Kandang Ingkung” yang berpusat di Yogyakarta kini membuka cabang ketiganya di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Bupati Karanganyar H. Juliyatmono didampingin Asisten Perekonomian Titis Sri Jawoto hadir sekaligus meresmikan dibukanya rumah makan baru dan estetik di tengah kota ini pada, Kamis (5/1/23).

    Kukuh selaku owner pemilik Rumah Makan Kandang Ingkung dalam pidato sambutannya menjelaskan, rumah makan dengan ciri khas menarik berslogan “Seduh kopi sepuasnya, bayar seikhlasnya” juga memiliki menu istimewa yakni ayam ingkung bumbu areh yang khas.

    “Kami memilih Kabupaten Karanganyar sebagai cabang kedua kami karena memiliki potensi wisata yang baik, harapannya kuliner khas Yogyakarta ini bisa bersama membangun usaha dan dapat memberikan lapangan kerja bagi warga sekitar,” imbuhnya.

    Acara tersebut ditutup dengan ucapan terima kasih dan rasa bangga dari Bupati Karanganyar. Beliau juga berharap Rumah Makan Kandang Ingkung ini digemari oleh warga Karanganyar dan dapat berjalan beriringan dengan potensi wisata yang ada di Karanganyar.

    Dengan banyaknya pejabat tinggi yang serimng berkunjung ke bumi Intanpari ini, Bupati Juliyatmono berharap Rumah Makan Kandang Ingkung ini bisa menjadi alternatif kuliner khas yang bisa disajikan untuk menjamu pejabat-pejabat yang singgah di Karanganyar. []
