Dalam pemilihan ketua yang berlangsung dinamis, hangat dan cair. Dimana Ketiga calon ketua umum duduk berdampingan dalam satu meja,
Respati Ardi mengungguli dua calon lainnya yakni Astrid Widayani dan Rosanto Adi. Dalam penghitungan suara yang dimulai pada pukul 16.43 WIB.
Caketum nomor urut 3 Respati Ardi memimpin perolehan suara. Menyusul calon nomor urut 2 Rosanto Adi dan Astrid Widayani.
Respati Ardi mendapatkan 78 suara, sedangkan Rosanto Adi 29 suara dan Astrid 20 suara.
Dengan kemenangan pemilihan ketua ini, Respati Ardi akan memimpin Hipmi untuk masa kepengurusan periode tahun 2023-2026.
Sementara itu, Wali Kota Surakarta Gibran Rakabuming yang mengikuti jalannya pemilihan langsung memberikan selamat kepada ketua umum Hipmi Solo terpilih, Respati Ardi. []
