    Mencicipi Lontong Cap Go Meh Kuliner Legendaris

    SOLO-Kuliner lontong Cap Go Meh tidak boleh dilewatkan saat perayaan Imlek. Kuliner ini merupakan perpaduan Jawa-Tionghoa, dan muncul di saat perayaan Cap Go meh.

    Salah satu warung makan lontong Cap Go Meh yang paling terkenal di Solo adalah Warung yang dikelola keluarga Nyonya Liem atau biasa dipanggil Lenny Lianawati.

    Lontong Cap Go Meh Nyonya Liem atau biasa dipanggil Lenny Lianawati, dan hanya Buka selama 9 hari per Tahun.

    Lontong Cap Go Meh Ny Liem, salah satu yang legendaris dan paling banyak diburu, jika tahun lalu berada di kawasan Widuran, Solo, Kini berlokasi di Jalan Sabang No 2, Pucang Sawit, Jebres.

    Lontong Cap Go Meh sekilas mirip dengan lontong opor, makanan khas masyarakat Jawa saat perayaan syawalan atau satu minggu setelah Lebaran.

    Namun ada sejumlah bumbu yang menjadi pembeda, yakni kuah lontong Cap Go Meh yang menggunakan bumbu sate, ditambah parutan kelapa dan bubuk kedelai.

    Bagi masyarakat Tionghoa, menu ini tidak pernah ditinggalkan setiap perayaan Cap Go Meh. Selain disajikan setahun sekali, konon bagi warga yang menyantap akan dimudahkan rezeki dan dipanjangkan usianya.

    Jelang perayaan Cap Go Meh, permintaan kuliner ini terus meningkat dibanding tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Satu porsi lontong Cap Go Meh dijual Rp38.000 per porsi.

    Nyonya Liem (68),pengelola warung lontong cap go meeh legendaris di Solo, menjelaskan, “Usaha ini turun temurun dari emak, saya generasi ke tiga, pesanan selain dari Solo juga datang dari Jakarta, semarang, Magelang, Surabaya.”ujarnya, Jumat (4/2/2023).

    Sementara Ajie, penikmat Lontong Ca Go Meh,mengaku tidak ingin melewatkan momen menikmati kuliner ini.

    “Meski sebetulnya hari hari biasa ada namun tidak selengkap saat perayaan Cap Go Meh,”ujarnya.

    Konon, lontong Cap Go Meh sudah ada sekitar abad 14 saat itu, Laksamana Cheng Ho tiba di pantai utara Jawa yang sangat kental dengan makanan tradisional, salah satunya lontong opor.  Sampai saat ini, masyarakat Tionghoa di Indonesia selalu menyediakan kuliner tersebut dalam perayaan Cap Go Meh.
