KLATEN-Di Kabupaten Klaten terdapat satu olahan kambing guling yang sangat digemari penikmat daging kambing, bernama Kambing Guling Lembah Boko.
Dagingnya sangat empuk dan bumbunya meresap hingga ke tulang, serta rasanya yang enak membuat kuliner satu ini cukup digemari oleh semua kalangan.
Jhon Sarjono yang akrab disapa Jhon Naqala si pemilik usaha kambing guling yang beralamat di desa Pereng, Kecamatan Prambanan ini,mengatakan setidaknya terdapat 20 macam bumbu rempah serta bumbu khusus untuk memarinasi kambing guling bikinannya.
“Kami melakukan marinasi kambing dengan bumbu rempahnya selama 12 jam biar bumbunya meresap,”katanya, Senin (05/12).
Jhon mengungkapkan dirinya baru empat bulan ini merintis usahanya,lantaran tingginya animo masyarakat terhadap masakannya.
Terdapat dua paket kambing guling yang disediakan.Menu pertama yakni paket Lembah Boko dibandrol harga Rp.2 ,8 juta, dimana dalam menu ini tersedia kambing guling yang bisa dinikmati hingga 60 porsi.
Paket kedua yakni Bukit Boko dibandrol harga Rp.4,5 juta. Kedua paket itu juga disediakan nasi, lontong, serta acar.
“Biasanya kita live cooking di lokasi jika ada pesanan menu,”pungkasnya. []
