    Dorong Peningkatan Ekonomi, Bupati Ajak ASN Belanja ke Pasar

    SRAGEN–Bupati Sragen, dr. Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati mewajibkan seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Sragen untuk belanja di pasar rakyat khususnya Pasar Sukowati yang baru saja diresmikan pada awal tahun lalu.

    Gerakan belanja di pasar rakyat Sragen dimaksudkan untuk mendorong peningkatan ekonomi.

    Imbauan tersebut dituangkan dalam Surat Edaran (SE) Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Nomor 511.2/370/08/2023 tentang Belanja Bareng di Pasar Sukowati.

    Hal itu diungkapkan Bupati Yuni saat Safari Ramadhan, Dzuhur Keliling (Durling) di Masjid Jami Nur Iman, Srawung, Gesi dan Ashar Keliling (Sarling) di Masjid Darussalam, Kedungupit, Sragen, Rabu (5/4/2023).

    Bupati menyatakan, pemerintah harus turut andil dalam memajukan dan menghidupkan kembali pasar-pasar tradisional, khususnya Pasar Sukowati dalam rangka percepatan pemulihan ekonomi bagi pedagang.

    “Apalagi nanti menjelang lebaran Idul Fitri, yang rumahnya jadi tempat tujuan mudik saudara pasti masaknya banyak dan aneka menu khas lebaran akan tersaji. Daripada belanja sayuran di pasar atau Mall luar Sragen lebih baik belanja di pasar kita sendiri. Karena dari Sragen untuk Sragen,” ungkap Bupati.

    Ia menambahkan, secara teknis pemkab tidak akan membatasi besaran uang yang dibelanjakan para ASN. Begitu pun jenis barang yang dibeli. Intinya, gerakan ini menjadi ruang perputaran ekonomi yang bisa dirasakan langsung para pedagang.
    Dalam kegiatan itu nantinya diikuti perwakilan ASN masing-masing Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD).

    “Beberapa waktu lalu, sudah dimulai gerakan ini. Dibuatkan jadwal ASN dari perwakilan OPD, kecamatan, kelurahan, hingga Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD). Kami ajak ada kepedulian membelanjakan uang di pasar,” terang Bupati.

    Sebagai bentuk pengawasan para ASN wajib mendokumentasikan kegiatan belanja di pasar dengan melaporkan ke pimpinan.

    “Sistem kontrolnya nanti ASN bisa kirim foto ke masing-masing pimpinannya sebagai bukti sudah belanja di pasar,” lanjutnya.

    Menurutnya lewat gerakan ini diharapkan bisa memberikan semangat baru bagi para pedagang pasar khususnya Pasar Sukowati yang baru saja direlokasi, sehingga masih adaptasi dengan lokasi barunya. Dan tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa pendapatan daerah terdapat kontribusi dari pasar tradisional. []
